This enhancement provides you with new, user-friendly features, but it also will come with a few important changes that may temporarily affect the way you currently use Online Banking.
In order to help you get acquainted with our updated system, we encourage you to login and begin exploring. We've also provided the resources that will help you familiarize yourself with the new system and enjoy the enhanced functionality. First Time Login Instructions
If you are logging in to the new system for the first time, choose your online banking category below and the instructions will guide you through the process.
Business Online Banking Non-Token User – Use these instructions if you login with a User ID and password.
Business Online Banking Token User – Use these instructions if you have been issued a security token.
Mobile Banking App
If you are an Online Banking user, your current Idaho Independent Bank app on your iPhone or Android phone will update automatically if you have automatic updates enabled. If you do not have automatic updates scheduled, please be sure to manually run the update in order to access the new online banking system.
If you are a Business Online banking user, you will need to delete the current Idaho Independent Bank app on your mobile phone and download the new app “Idaho Independent Business” from the App Store for Apple devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices.
Quicken, QuickBooks and Mint
If you are using Quicken, QuickBooks or Mint to help manage your accounts, you will need to modify your settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data by following Intuit conversion instructions.

Online Banking In-Session Help
