Farrar Promoted at Idaho Independent Bank

Idaho Independent Bank (”IIB”) (OTC BB: IIBK.OB) announced the promotion of Kasey Farrar to Assistant Vice President & Compliance Officer.

In her new role, Farrar will ensure bank wide compliance with bank policies and procedures, federal and state laws, and regulations related to deposit operations and the Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”). She has also been designated as IIB’s BSA Officer.

Farrar joined IIB in September 2013 as a Compliance Specialist. She was promoted to Compliance Analyst in September 2014, Compliance Analyst/Deposit Support Supervisor in October 2014, and Deposit Support Manager & Compliance Analyst in January 2016. Farrar graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate’s in Social Science from Boise State University.    

Erickson Appointed to NAHB Associate Members Committee

Angela Erickson, Vice President and Commercial Lender at Idaho Independent Bank was recently appointed to the National Association of Home Builders Associate (“NAHB”) Member Committee in Orlando, Florida at the International Builders Show. In addition, Erickson was named as the Committee Chair of the Associates of Leadership and Recognition Sub-Committee.  In this leadership role, Erickson will lead a committee focused on the recognition of Associates and Builders on a National level with 3 NAHB awards granted by the Associates. This committee is also tasked with providing ways to encourage leadership and mentoring among the Associates of the Federation, who make up 2/3 of the NAHB.  Erickson also services as the NAHB Associate Director for the State of Idaho.

Erickson has 25 years of banking experience, primarily in commercial lending with an emphasis in construction and builder banking. Erickson graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Idaho State University.  She is on the Executive Board of the IBCA, is active in NIBCA and the Coeur d’Alene Kiwanis.
