ACH Schedule for Memorial Day

Business Online Banking ACH files must be received by Thursday, May 23, in order to settle before the upcoming federal holiday (Memorial Day). ACH files received on Friday, May 24, will not settle until Tuesday, May 28.

If you would like to request a payoff quote, please call 866-295-1339, Option 3 or email us at HLServicing@fib.com. If you are requesting a payoff statement on behalf of a First Interstate mortgage client, please include a signed authorization form with your payoff demand.
